Dear Friends,
The report for 2021 will be short because the bench was not built in the year as we had hoped. Unsurprisingly, the ongoing pandemic had slowed everything down. But we talked to Lynn Swain, Director of Development of Cornell Botanic Gardens, recently. She is very optimistic that the bench will be constructed in 2022. We are informed that the artistic rendering of the site has been drafted. So we look forward to working with Cornell closely to finish the project.
We thank you again for your generous contribution and patience. We will send timely report to you of the project's progress. We are hopeful and excited the bench will eventually become reality.
